What we collect, and why
On this website
- Contact form — your name, email, optional phone and your message, so we can reply. Kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Newsletter — your email (and name if you give it), plus a record of when and to what you consented. Kept until you unsubscribe.
- Technical data — a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop spam on our forms.

Our lawful bases

- Legal obligation — to keep financial records.
- Legitimate interests — to keep our services secure and improve them.
- Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not use advertising trackers.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider ([provider]), push notification provider (Expo), SMS and email providers when configured, and our delivery drivers (only the details needed for your delivery). Each processes data only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. See our GDPR & your data rights page for how. We reply within one month.
Children
Our services are not intended for children under 16.
Changes
We will post any change here and, where it matters, tell you in the app before it takes effect.
